Steaks
We've changed the menu concept where steaks are concerned. We are now offering the steaks with choice of side dish and sauce. We've added poblano mac and cheese, pomme frittes with or without cheese sauce, au gratin potatoes, baked potato, baked sweet potato and broccoli with Hollandaise. The sauces; demi-glace, bearnaise, garlic-kabayaki butter and bourbon peppercorn.
Returning to the menu is a gorgeous 20oz bone-in ribeye and a 14oz bone-in filet. On average, each 10 bucks less than in the big city. Both are pictured above and served with mushroom jus.

Bike Week Photos
I won't bore you with too many. The road trip included Daytona Beach, The Florida Keys and The Tail of the Dragon at Deal's Gap, NC.
Temperatures were cool. Key West broke their low temp record and in Daytona it was low 60's as a high and low 40's at night. I ran the dragon at 38 degrees.
The beginning of the "Dragon". Famous among riders world wide. 311 turns in 11 miles.
Classic hair-pin. Because of the lack of foilage I could see through the turn. Note the banking. I was all over that.
Coming out of a hair-pin, this is YEEHAA time.
Not too many ugly Betty's at Daytona.
475 HP V-8 "Boss Hoss"
The food was good.
Check out the guy in the tan T-shirt. (click to blow up)
