Cruda

Constantly re-designing the tuna.

Cruda
Tuna, lime, avocado, poblano, radish spirully on fried plantain.

Had to use my back-up camera on these shots. I was reminded how much I like it.

Are those pea shoots i see with the tuna? Do you get them thru your regular produce company or someone special? I like them alot, I know i've had them before and like the flavor, texture and look.

Everything is looking really sharp!

I buy out of Cali but I here a place in Ohio is pretty good. I think the name is Chef's Garden.
